Patient with endometriosis – Treatment: In Vitro Fertilization
Although Juliana Jiménez already knew that she suffered from a disease that made it difficult for her to be a mother, she did not give up and underwent fertility treatment, which resulted in the most beautiful dream of her life: her daughter Emiliana.
We started our entire fertility process when we realized that we could not get pregnant, so a family member recommended the InSer clinic. Although I knew that I had advanced endometriosis, it was very hard to hear it directly from the doctor, but he gave us hope to continue with our biggest dream. We spent eight months in the process, at the beginning the result we expected did not happen, but it was not negative either. That is why we underwent In Vitro Fertilization and we succeeded on the second try.
We feel fortunate because in the treatment they were only able to capture five eggs, from which they extracted four, fertilized three, two worked and one “stuck”, very few compared to those that are captured in a normal cycle.
We are very grateful, because although there was a very large shortage of eggs, we managed to get pregnant. When the test came back positive, we couldn’t believe it, we were happy and we enjoyed every step, every ultrasound, it was a very successful result despite my illness.
I love InSer because all its staff invites us not to lose faith. Everyone treated us super well, they were very affectionate and very clear with all the steps of the process. We have a lot of appreciation for the clinic staff because thanks to Inser we achieved the dream of having our Emiliana.
