Last Friday, August 24, InSer, together with its agency Katapix, received an important international award thanks to the performance of its digital campaigns through social networks, which have led it to connect with its users not only in Colombia but in several Latin American countries.
The award received, the Latam Digital Award for the Best Comprehensive Health Campaign, was received at the Latam Digital Via Interlat and Hootsuite 2018 digital awards in its sixth version. Out of 670 participants and 150 shortlisted, InSer won the award, for which important organizations from Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala and Argentina competed.
Every year, Interlat and Hootsuite, two important digital marketing companies in Latin America, award the best of the digital industry through a jury of important professionals, creatives and specialists, who choose the most outstanding initiatives, projects and campaigns in the digital world in digital entrepreneurship, e-commerce, digital marketing, social media and digital tourism carried out in Ibero-America. In this way, the Latam Digital awards are responsible for recognizing the work of professionals and companies to continue promoting the adoption of the best digital practices in the region.
The winning digital campaign of this award is called “Inser accompanies you, InSer tells you”, which sought to return to the essence of Inser’s target audience to solve all their doubts and questions about the main issues of infertility and understand the emotions they go through on the long road of having a family. By trying to overcome the fear and misinformation of many people regarding this issue, many couples were able to have an accurate diagnosis of their fertility difficulties and thus receive specialized advice to solve each of their problems.
With this campaign, InSer has had 15 thousand new followers on its social networks, more than 10 thousand conversations with people interested in its products and services and more than 13 million people reached in its Facebook and Instagram posts. He has also received more than 86 thousand comments on his posts, 610,347 visits to his website and more than 16 million impressions on his publications.
Thanks to this new award, at InSer we will continue to work to connect with the needs of our audience, and we will continue to innovate to reach many more people who want to solve their doubts in the world of fertility, with the commitment to continue connecting with our customers and new patients.
