“Ask a Specialist” is a space where you can interact with our experts in the area of fertility, thus getting to know you, giving you the guidelines you need to overcome your health problems and form the family you long for.
Through this section, you will be able to write directly to an InSer specialist from wherever you are and thus resolve your doubts on topics such as fertility treatments, symptoms and management of diseases associated with infertility, questions about InSer’s services, among others.
How does it work?
To access this new service, all you have to do is enter the new InSer website in this section , create an account with your name, your email and the password of your choice. When you register, you will be able to choose the InSer specialist in the city of your choice, enter your phone number and the subject that summarizes your case.
In the Message field, you can tell your particular clinical case, as well as attach images about the relevant medical tests and diagnoses. When you click on the send button, a message will arrive at your email where we will be confirming the receipt of your message, and within a maximum period of 24 hours our specialists will be contacting you answering your query through the platform (you must log in with the user created to review).
Also, in this section you can schedule the face-to-face appointment with the specialist of your choice in the cities of Bogotá, Medellín, Pereira, Rionegro or Cartagena.
