We came to Inser after a year of trying to get pregnant. After the first appointment, they recommended us to have some pre-conceptional tests done. My exams came out well and that is why we started with an ovulation induction treatment. As we did not get pregnant, we did an insemination cycle, but it did not work either.
Seeing that no treatment was successful, I underwent a laparoscopy, where they realized that my fallopian tubes were blocked. I had surgery and everything went perfectly, and that is why they suggested we try a natural pregnancy for six months. But as it did not happen either, we started an In Vitro Fertilization treatment.
The first cycle was not successful, which was very hard for us. In the second cycle, I had the embryo transfer and we became pregnant with our little angels.
As false expectations can be created in a treatment, one prefers not to get excited. After that first bad cycle, I wanted to throw in the towel, but the doctor insisted and accompanied us in this process. Thank God we came here because that’s how my children came to brighten our family.
