- Comply with the rules and regulations of the institution and the instructions of the staff providing care.
- Treat the staff at the institution with dignity and respect the privacy of other patients.
- Keep appointment and procedure schedules and inform your doctor in advance if you cannot attend.
Actively participate and take responsibility for your care and treatment process. - Inform your doctor or healthcare staff of any adverse reactions you may experience during treatment.
