On July 26, INSER Eje Cafetero, was recognized by the Ministry of Public Health and Social Security of Pereira, as one of the private health institutions most committed to the implementation of humanization policies and strengthening of quality processes.
This recognition is given after presenting the committed work that the headquarters has been developing with emotional support programs from the psychological area, sensitization to staff for humanized care, generation of learning and support spaces, among others.
In Pereira, there are currently 288 institutions providing health services, and 3 public and 10 private were selected for this recognition, including INSER.
Humanization at INSER
Working with love, providing a quality service and guidance, is one of the main objectives of our INSER Group, an institution willing to accompany the search for a pregnancy from professionalism, human quality, sensitivity and respect for the other.
Based on this purpose, for years we have been developing a Humanization program focused on providing comprehensive support to the process that each family goes through during fertility treatments. Some of the components that are developed within the framework of this work are:
- Training of an area of emotional accompaniment, made up of professionals in psychology willing to guide and support the process that each family goes through in the search for a pregnancy.
- Emotional support activities, such as talks and workshops, focused on prevention, self-care and accompaniment of families living with an infertility diagnosis.
- Training and awareness of staff for humanized, individualized and close care.
- Conditioning of physical spaces for a warm and safe stay.
- Creation of care protocols, oriented to the patient experience.
Thanks to this committed work of the entire INSER team, today our humanization policy is highlighted and it is proposed to improve day by day in each of our headquarters in Pereira, Medellín, Bogotá and Cartagena, to continue providing a quality service, focused on sensitivity, accompaniment and good patient care.
