The Covid19 pandemic has transformed our lives, for the first time in history all countries have been affected by having to take protective measures for their citizens, promoting social isolation and closing their borders to minimize contagion.
Colombia was no exception, which is why as of March it imposed restrictive measures to contain the spread of the virus, thanks to which, the contagion and mortality rate is low compared to that of other countries on the continent.
We have gradually returned to normality, adhering to the biosafety protocols suggested by the state and implemented by all companies, and information systems that have allowed us to build epidemiological fences to contain the sources of contagion.
On the basis of the foregoing, the Government has defined the September 1st as the date on which our borders are reopened and international flights are reactivated, which is good news for Inser, because it will allow us to resume the treatments of patients from abroad.

1. Schedule a virtual appointment with your doctor or ask for one to be assigned to you: It’s very easy, you can write to us via WhatsApp at (57) 314 623 6485 or write us an email at infoalpaciente@inser.com.co.
2.Si you are an Inser patient and you are part of a cycle program, do not worry, because these 6 months of contingency will not be taken into account in the stipulated time of the contract, so you can agree with your doctor to restart your next cycle.
3.Si you are a new patient and already have a treatment indication, you can write to atencionalpaciente@inser.com.co and ask for a quote.
4. Once you have defined your travel date, inform us to send you the biosafety protocols that you must comply with to make your trip much safer.
