We think about your comfort and ease

We have online payment platforms that allow you to pay for your consultations, treatments, and medications without having to go to a bank or our offices.

    1. Payment will be made through PSE (Spanish Social Security Administration), so you must be registered on the platform. If you aren’t already, you can do so here.

    2. Initially, select the INSER office where you are seeking medical attention and making the payment using the button below. *If your appointment is in Manizales, please select INSER Eje Cafetero (Coffee-Area Office).

    3. When you enter the payment platform, please fill in the requested information. In the CONCEPT, AMOUNT TO PAY, and SPECIALIST fields, please take into account the information shared by our staff.

    4. At the end of the process, please take a screenshot of the payment approval (this can be the notification email or the bank’s website) and send it to our staff. This step is essential to confirm the payment has been received.

If you are an international patient (living outside of Colombia), consider the following aspects before making your payment:

    1. Contact your bank to find out the representative market rate (TRM) used to convert the currency to your country of residence. This will determine the total purchase value.

    2. Before making a purchase abroad or online, contact your bank to learn about rates, fees, and other additional costs.

    3. It is recommended that you check your bank’s terms and conditions with your savings, checking, or credit card account before making Online Payments. Keep in mind that paying through PSE will avoid cashier’s check issuance fees.

    4. If you are making your payment by international transfer, keep in mind that these transactions are irreversible. Please verify all information before completing the process. Remember to contact your bank to learn about the rates and fees associated with international transfers to guarantee the full amount sent.

    5. Remember to notify your bank that you will be traveling abroad so they can authorize your card payments.

    1. Always make your online payments on secure devices, such as your personal computer at home or at the office.

    2. Refrain from using your bank passwords in public places such as internet cafes or on shared computers.

    3. If you decide to continue with this process, please certify that you comply with the aforementioned conditions and recommendations.

    4. The INSER Group will not be liable for the misuse of this service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords or other credentials issued by banking institutions for online transactions.
