Dr. Dulce Villalobos is a physician and surgeon graduated from Universidad El Bosque (Bogotá) and a specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics from the University of Cartagena. She completed a specialization in Human Reproductive Health at Fundación Universitaria Sanitas, a Master's degree in Human Reproduction from the Valencian Institute of Infertility (IVI) and Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Spain), and a Master's degree in Advanced Endoscopic, Gynecological and Pelvic Surgery from the European School of Gynaecological Endoscopy (EGES) – Universitat Jaume I.
She has completed international rotations at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and at the National Institute of Perinatology in Mexico City, and has authored scientific publications in national and international journals. Her practice is defined by ethical, compassionate and evidence-based care, focused on the diagnosis and treatment of infertility and the comprehensive support of women's reproductive health. She is currently part of the medical team at Inser Cartagena.
