INSER, as a fertility clinic providing health services, seeks to ensure the welfare of all those who visit its various centers in the country. This is why INSER accepts all the measures and restrictions that the National Government of Colombia imposes on the country for the prevention and control of the spread of COVID-19.
Protecting the health of our family and patients is a priority for our team. Here we share the measures that we have implemented in our clinics:
First time consultations and review of examinations have the possibility of being carried out virtually or in person. If the patient prefers to attend in person, please note that he/she must attend the appointment at INSER unaccompanied.
Attending our clinics unaccompanied applies to consultations, examinations and procedures. It is also important to be aware that the measure applies to both male and female patients.
It is important to know that the virtual modality of consultation guarantees all the necessary protocols to reach a comprehensive diagnosis of the patient. Everything that is normally included in these kinds of fertility appointments will be respected (schedules, transvaginal ultrasound in a second meeting and online emotional support consultation).
The use of a facemask is mandatory during your stay in our Clinics.
Cleaning or sanitizing your hands every 20 minutes is recommended. Likewise, it is recommended that you do not touch your face (eyes, nose, mouth and ears) during the time you are out of the hotel (where you are staying). You will find designated points for hand sanitization in our facilities.
