Overall great experience

The treatment at Inser was absolutely amazing. We felt so comfortable and happy although we were in a strange country and experiencing a strange language. The nurses and clerical staff were all so accommodating as well.

Everybody was friendly, ready to assist and answer the millions of questions, from day 1 till the day of the actual procedures.

I had a very pleasant experience at Inser compared to my last experience with IVF. I must commend your service. The only thing that I would say is that communication before coming to Columbia was a little bit difficult. Not terribly but it could be improved a bit in terms of questions and clarification that

Inser employees, specialists and Doctor are very friendly and approachable, the facilities are clean. May only concern as an IVF patient to give a recommendation to our Insurance to stay a couple of weeks to stay after the embryo transfer to sink in the embryo first and do some follow up tests in your clinic,

Very personal, involved and positive: that is what you need in this proces. Everybody was super sweet to us, we felt at home. Adding a short intro convo explaining the overall proces could make the experience even more excellent (in our case we, as international clients just arriving, went straight into the first examn).
